Synchonized Video

If you are having problems viewing your synchronized video file then you may need to make sure that the video codec is installed properly on your computer. We recommend first trying to open the sychronized video file (.mpg) in the PC software, if you have not already, before you install the video codec. If you need to install the video codec file please follow the instructions on how to install it for your PC's operating system.

Windows 7
If your computer has a Windows 7 operating system the synchronized video file should work. If it does not download one of the video drivers below.

Windows Vista
If your computer has a Windows Vista operating system you may need to check that your computer is downloading the video codec already. If the synchronized video file is not working check to make sure the codec is being downloaded. While the Windows Media Player is up click on Option, click Player, and check the 'Download Codecs Automatically' button.

Windows XP
If your computer has a Windows XP operating system you may need to download and install the Video Driver below. This zip file has a readme file that gives you instructions on how to install this program. It is important the you read the readme file to make sure you install the video driver correctly.
