Wiring Harness

   The Micro Pod and Pro X come either with the 6 foot or 8 foot pre-configured wiring harness. Each harness has pre-measured lengths for each channel and all the connectors are attached. These harnesses fit most cars. If you find that these pre-configured wiring harnesses do not fit your car then you can order a custom harness where you specify the length of each channel. Once we know the lengths you want we will create a harness just for you and attach all connectors. Note: If the customer wants to attach their own connectors this may lead to a change in the warranty, please check terms and conditions for details.
 

WIRE
 

   Unlike the competition our harness is fabricated to military specifications using automotive grade wire, industry standard connectors, and superior covering materials.  Each analog input, digital input, and digital output is arranged in a separate group that consists of power, ground, and channel. This makes it easy to connect to any number of sensors.
 
   The remainder of the wiring harness consists of all the connectivity that you need to download your data to a USB flash stick, connect to your PC, GPS or video camera. All of these connections are provided with industry standard connectors pre-installed.

CONNECTORS
   RLC uses high grade Deutsch connectors on both the wiring harness and the sensors so ther is a secure connection. With connectors already attached the RLC Racing systems are plug-n-play. Analog sensors use a 4-pin connector, Digital Inputs use a 3-pin connector, and Digital Outputs use a 2-pin connector.
