RMA / Repairs
Read the terms and conditions below before you return your item(s). A RMA form is provided below to return your item(s).
Return for Warranty and Repair:
Items may be returned for repairs to R.L.C. Enterprises,
Inc. provided each item returned must have an RMA Form filled out and returned with
that item. An RMA number is not needed but a completed RMA form
is required for each item returned for repair. Do not disassemble the unit. If a unit has been determined to have been disassembled, i.e. the seals have been broken, the warranty will be voided. Pack your system carefully
to prevent shipping damage, and insure your system for possible shipping
damage. You are responsible for all shipping to and from R.L.C. If the unit is not properly packaged or shipped, R.L.C. reserves the
right to refuse this service and void the existing warranty. R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc. will determine if item is covered by warranty
and will repair or replace that item at R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc. option
and will ship the item back to the customer the best way possible, up
to a maximum cost of $20 returned shipping (R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc.
discretion). Anything over $20 dollars is the responsibility of the
customer to cover the difference (over seas customers will be required
to pay most of the shipping charges because it is more expensive to
ship over seas). If item is not covered by warranty, customer will be
contacted with estimate of repair or replacement cost prior to completion
of repairs. R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to determine
if items are covered by warranty or not. Items altered or modified by
customer may void warranty if so determined by R.L.C. Enterprises, Inc.
Repairs not covered by warranty are guaranteed for 30 days. Repairs
covered by warranty are guaranteed for the remainder of the warranty
period or 30 days, what ever period is greater.
